5 Workout Dance Videos to Try on Youtube

Hello fitness fans! Has it been a minute since we last chatted or is it me? I think it’s me but not to worry, you haven’t been forgotten nor has the need to keep in shape. As a matter of fact, one of the things I’ve been working on (for those of us looking to stay fit and healthy) is a new way to exercise without that icky feeling  of, “but I don’t wanna!”

For me, working out should feel like pure F.U.N.! I mean, if exercising feels like exercising, there’s a pretty big good chance, I’ll ditch it like bad lipstick.

So what better way to have fun getting fit than to dance it out? Well without further ado, here’s some of my favorite YouTube workout videos to keep the bahumbugs away:

  1. The Fitness Marshall

You’ve already been putting your favorite pop/hip-hop/rock/r&b/indie/country/jazz/EDM  song on repeat, so why not add some choreography to your go-to-jams ? Get your heart rate plus your self-confidence rising with these dance workouts: 

  1. Online Dance Classes

Not me attempting to be TikTok famous in the comfort of my drafts folder. It’s now or never ladies.  Let’s make your TikTok dreams come true with new dance tutorials you can try out every week and show you’re down with Gen-Z…we got this!

  1. POPSUGAR FITNESS

If you can’t be pinned down to one style and like variety, then this is the perfect channel for you! Only have time for a quick 5 min workout? There’s videos for that! Want to get your sweat on with a full 45 min routine? There’s videos for that, too! Even better is that there are modified versions of all the workout if you have any alimanets or just want to take it slow. 

  1. Les Mills

So I might have only recommended this because Nina Dobrev from The Vampire Diaries is in it (slay girl!), but I’m so glad I found it! From hip-hop to EDM, the group teaches you some of Dobrev’s favorite dance moves. P.S. Did I mention she completely crushes the routine? Your turn!

  1. MadFit

You know I’ve talked about her before and I’m gonna do it again because I can’t say enough about Maddie.  The girl doesn’t disappoint with her dance workouts. She’s got you covered with a little bit of One Direction to Rihanna to a 90s Mix (I’m looking at you NSYNC); yep,there’s a ton to choose from.

    people are loving dance workouts these days! It is nice that there are so many free options out there

      A fun workout is the best combo! I love the dancing aspect and know I’m getting in a good workout cause I can’t breathe after, lol!

      They are super fun and time passes by so quickly you don’t even feel like you’re working out!

    This would be fun. I am not coordinated so I am sure I will be all over the place. My teen daughter would be good at these though!

      I’m telling these actually gave me some coordination, lol. A few good bumps into furniture and smacks to the face and you’ll be busting moves in no time!!!

      I can’t believe I’m missing the gym too, lol! If you really want the cardio to go up TheFitnessMarshall’s videos get that heart rate going!
