Hello fitness fans! Has it been a minute since we last chatted or is it me? I think it’s me but not to worry, you haven’t been forgotten nor has the need to keep in shape. As a matter of fact, one of the things I’ve been working on (for those of us looking to stay fit and healthy) is a new way to exercise without that icky feeling of, “but I don’t wanna!”
For me, working out should feel like pure F.U.N.! I mean, if exercising feels like exercising, there’s a pretty big good chance, I’ll ditch it like bad lipstick.
So what better way to have fun getting fit than to dance it out? Well without further ado, here’s some of my favorite YouTube workout videos to keep the bah humbugs away:

If you can’t be pinned down to one style and like variety, then this is the perfect channel for you! Only have time for a quick 5 min workout? There’s videos for that! Want to get your sweat on with a full 45 min routine? There’s videos for that, too! Even better is that there are modified versions of all the workouts if you have any ailments or just want to take it slow.
So I might have only recommended this because Nina Dobrev from The Vampire Diaries is in it (slay girl!), but I’m so glad I found it! From hip-hop to EDM, the group teaches you some of Dobrev’s favorite dance moves. P.S. Did I mention she completely crushes the routine? Your turn!
You know I’ve talked about her before and I’m gonna do it again because I can’t say enough about Maddie. The girl doesn’t disappoint with her dance workouts. She’s got you covered with a little bit of One Direction to Rihanna to a 90s Mix (I’m looking at you NSYNC); yep, there’s a ton to choose from.

This would be fun. I am not coordinated so I am sure I will be all over the place. My teen daughter would be good at these though!
I’m telling you, these actually gave me some coordination, lol. A few good bumps into furniture and smacks to the face and you’ll be busting moves in no time!!!
