December 4, 2019 2 min read 6 Comments

I don’t know about you, but I’ve actually MISSED the snow and I’m REALLY excited for winter this year!  There’s so much fun to be had in winter, even on the coldest of days.

So take advantage of the change in season, get your festive on, and create a list of amusing things to do.

Here’s a few on my list to get you started. See how many you can check off!

  1. Visit a Christmas tree farm (take in all the aromas… maybe buy a wreath or tree? Psst, I’ve never had a real tree?. Thank goodness for this Winter Bucket Lists!
  2. Try a new holiday drink (any recommendations?)
  3. Learn to ice skate, snowboard or ski
  4. Checkout Christmas lights & decorations
  5. Go on a sleigh ride (where I’ll find one idk but gosh danggit, I’m doing it)
  6. Make a gingerbread house (my first attempt since 3rd grade)
  7. Send a care package to soldiers
  8. Decorate my apartment
  9. Watch Christmas movies
  10. Send holiday cards out early
  11. Attend a holiday party
  12. Blast Christmas music (oops…kind of started this one early ?)
  13. Build a snowman
  14. Have a snowball fight
  15. See the NYE ball drop at Times Square (even if it’s from your couch … #TV #notstandinginthecold)
  16. Take pictures in the snow
  17. Build a blanket fort
  18. Go to a Christmas market
  19. Wear matching family PJs or socks
  20. Donate clothes, toys, or books
  21. Go to a hockey game (let’s go Rangers ?)
  22. Try catching a snowflake on my tongue
  23. Thank a firefighter, police officer or military personnel for their service
  24. Host a board game night and make personal self-serve pizzas
  25. Learn about the holiday traditions of another culture
What are you most looking forward to doing this winter?

I’m just as obsessed with winter as I am with fall!

Canada is so beautiful in the winter, I can’t imagine not being able to see the snow now, lol.

So glad you enjoyed the bucket list!
