so glad you’re here!

Welcome to Anna Elle Liz, a lifestyle blog dedicated to embracing the beauty of our imperfectly perfect lives.

Anna Elle Liz is my little corner of the internet where I share the things I love, the things I’m learning, and the little things that make everyday life a bit more fun. From style and beauty to wellness, faith, home, and everything in between, consider this a place to get inspired, find something new, and hopefully feel right at home.

The Story Behind It All

I’ve always been drawn to the little things that make life feel meaningful—the ideas that make you stop and think, the things that inspire you to try something new, the products you genuinely love, the places that make you want to pack a bag, and the conversations that stay with you long after they’re over. And, of course, all those little everyday moments that somehow make an ordinary Tuesday feel a bit more special.

Over time, I realized I wanted a space where all of those things could exist together. Somewhere I could collect the things that inspire me, share what I’m learning along the way, and make room for the beautiful, messy, sometimes wonderfully unexpected parts of life.

That space became Anna Elle Liz.

What started as an idea for a lifestyle blog slowly grew into something much more personal—a place to document the things I love while creating a space where other women can find a little inspiration for their own lives, too.

Because I don’t believe a beautiful life has to be perfectly curated. I think it can be personal. It can change. It can be a little messy around the edges. It can look completely different from what you imagined, or from what everyone else seems to be doing.

And honestly, I think that’s kind of the point.

I’m not here to tell you that I’ve figured everything out. I haven’t—and I’m not sure we’re supposed to. Life is constantly changing, and so are we. There are things we’re learning, things we’re letting go of, things we’re becoming, and plenty of moments when we’re simply doing our best with what we have.

There are also little joys worth noticing along the way: a really good outfit, a new beauty find, a cozy morning at home, a place you can’t stop thinking about, a conversation that shifts your perspective, a recipe worth making again, or a quiet moment that reminds you to slow down.

Anna Elle Liz is a celebration of all of it. The perfectly imperfect days. The little discoveries. The things that make us curious. The things that make us laugh. The things that make us want to dream a little bigger—or simply make today feel a little brighter.

So whether you’ve been here from the beginning or you just happened to stumble across this little corner of the internet, welcome. I hope you find something here that makes you smile, inspires you to try something new, gives you a little perspective, or reminds you to notice the beauty in your own everyday life.

xoxo,
Anna Elle Liz

Fun facts

I’m NYC born and raised, but a pretty big piece of my heart belongs to North Carolina. Blame UNC-Chapel Hill, where I spent my college years (Go Heels!), plus the fact that I have family sprinkled throughout the South. So yes, I’m a New Yorker—but I’ll happily trade the subway for a little Southern charm every now and then.

I’m 30, although some days I’m pretty sure my soul is closer to 40. Where does the time go?! I started this blog because life has a funny way of moving faster than we expect, and somewhere between figuring out who we are, what we want, and what the heck we’re doing, there are all these little moments worth paying attention to. I’m just here to document some of mine.

I have a habit of romanticizing absolutely everything. A quiet sunrise? A moment. A cozy cup of tea? An event. A handwritten note that makes my day? Suddenly I’m in a coming-of-age movie. I think life gets a little sweeter when we slow down long enough to actually notice the good stuff.

Apparently having an ongoing list of things I want to experience is how I keep myself accountable to actually living. Some are simple—little adventures, new places, experiences I’ve never had before. Others are slightly more questionable, like skydiving or ziplining, considering I am very much a “why would I voluntarily jump out of something?” kind of person. But c’est la vie. We’re here, might as well make it interesting.

I love having little rituals to look forward to—like buying myself a new candle every month, ordering takeout on Fridays, or randomly declaring a Wednesday a movie night. Nothing fancy, just small traditions that make everyday life feel a little more special.
